Venice Beach: 2-hour Group Surfing Lesson

You will meet your tour guide at Venice Beach, one of California's most well-known and active beaches. Participate in a group surfing lesson that lasts two hours and is appropriate for surfers of all skill levels, from novices (even those who have never surfed before!) to upper intermediates.

Invest the first thirty to forty minutes of your time in training on the beach and gaining a fundamental understanding of all aspects of surfing.

Your professionally certified instructors will educate you about the ocean, teach you how to pop up on the board, and finish the land lesson with the most critical part, safety.

After that, you will spend forty minutes in the water with an instructor or instructors, receiving instruction and helpful pushes. The remaining time will be at your disposal to continue honing your abilities and having a good time in the pool.

After the class is over, one of the instructors will walk you to a nearby public outdoor shower so that you can clean off. You don't need to worry about anything because the surf school's van has lockable storage for all student belongings.
